Photoshoot schedule.

It's always better to plan the shoot in advance, at least 1 - 2 weeks before, I recommend you select some sample photos your like from my website, so I can better understand your ideas and preferences.

Reminder.

Please send a reminder to your team members and ask them to come prepared and sleep well before the shoot.
I will provide you with contact information of my team for your building security in advance.

Arrival time.

I always come at least 30 minutes before the shoot to make sure I'm all set and ready to go on time for you.

Small portable equipment.

I use modern gear and come only with a backpack/regular suitcase so I don’t need freight elevator or access to an outlet.

Right spot in your office.

Prepare a spot in your office for the shoot. Don't worry about the natural lighting, as I bring my own light. I don't need a lot of space, as long as it's comfortable for you and you team.

Final pictures selection.

I always bring a computer on all my photoshoots, I connect camera and review the photos in real-time to make sure that you got the picture you like and I can mark it for retouching.

Background color.

If you already have a certain website style and would like to replicate it, please let us know, so I can prepare/bring all the equipment. On the other hand, if you're not quite sure, you can always browse through my website or ask us and I will help you to make the decision. 

Photo editing process.

My retouching services include making any necessary adjustments and removing any imperfections (if needed), and everything else that you would like us to do. I can even work directly with your web designer.

Turnaround time.

My turnaround time is usually 5-7 days. But I can do it faster if you have a specific deadline, I don't charge extra for that. All the services are included in my packages. I'll send you a link to download all the digital files.
